The goal of the AS-ITc (Advanced System IoT by Construction) project is to develop an advanced digital platform for construction site management, integrating satellite technologies, IoT sensors, robotics, 5G/4G networks and LEO/GEO satellites, to improve connectivity, safety and operational efficiency in infrastructure contexts. The project includes the creation of a Construction Site Digital Twin, powered by data from drones, sensors and satellite observation. As a project partner, Radiolabs is in charge of integrating the platform with C-ITS systems for intelligent traffic management near construction sites, with real-time notifications to drivers. The platform is designed to be modular and scalable, suitable for different application areas.
