On April 12th, 2010, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been approved by Finmeccanica Group Service S.p.A. and RadioLabs Consortium. The MoU is a three-year lasting agreement, renewable annually, and describes a bilateral agreement between Finmeccanica Group Service S.p.A. and RadioLabs Consortium.
